​Please join us in praying for Bishop-Elect Michael Castori, S.J., as he prepares for his Episcopal Ordination and Installation on July 28, 2026.
Consider offering a special prayer, act of fasting, abstinence, or another form of penance this Friday and in the Fridays to come for Bishop-Elect Castori and for the Diocese of Honolulu during this time of transition.

O God, the Shepherd and Ruler of all the faithful, graciously look upon Your servant, Father Michael Castori, whom You have been pleased to appoint pastor over the Diocese of Honolulu; grant, we beseech You, that by both word and example he may edify those over whom he is set, and together with the flock committed to his care, may attain to eternal life. Amen.

We join with the whole church in welcoming our newly-elected Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV!

O God, who chose your servant Leo in succession to the Apostle Peter as shepherd of the whole flock, look favorably on the supplications of your people and grant that, as Vicar of Christ on earth, he may confirm his brethren and that the whole Church may be in communion with him in the bond of unity, love and peace, so that in you, the shepherd of souls, all may know the truth and attain life eternal.  Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.
